Programme management
Across the 10 countries that HALO works in, we have over 8,000 local staff – from deminers to senior local managers – and 35 expatriate managers.
HALO’s programmes are grouped under Central Asia, South East Asia, Horn of Africa, Southern Africa and the Caucasus & Balkans.
HALO’s HQ administration is small, and based in rural South West Scotland. There is one executive director, supported by regional desk officers and a finance department. All spend much of the year in the field. The HQ also has two administrators.
