Adam Jasinski, Executive Director, The HALO Trust USA

Adam Jasinski

Executive Director

Adam joined the HALO Trust in 2008, and since then has worked on operations in Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Myanmar, Georgia, Afghanistan and Mozambique, most recently setting up HALO demining operations in Eastern Ukraine. Before joining HALO, Adam worked as a journalist at the British Broadcasting Corporation. He studied at the School of Oriental and African Studies in London and Tbilisi State University. In 2016, he took up post as Executive Director of HALO USA.

Amy Currin, HALO Trust USA

Amy Currin

Head of Development

Amy manages private donor relations in the US while supporting HALO’s global outreach. She joined HALO in 2010 and has visited HALO minefields in Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Angola and Colombia. Previously, Amy worked in corporate fundraising at one of the UK’s largest charities Marie Curie Cancer Care. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Cincinnati (her hometown), where she graduated summa cum laude. Amy is based in San Francisco.

Claudia Delgado, HALO Trust USA

USA Administrator

Claudia joined HALO in 2009 after 3 years in the humanitarian sector. She started as HALO Colombia’s Admin/Finance coordinator, assisting in the setup of the Colombia program and occasionally traveling to the field to help with survey operations. In 2011 she moved to HALO USA and serves as the admin & development coordinator. In June 2012 she visited HALO’s programme in Cambodia on a familiarisation trip.

Christina Sexton, Halo Trust USA

Fundraising Officer

Christina joined HALO in February 2017 after finishing her master’s degree in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies from the London School of Economics. She previously worked in fundraising for several non-profits in London, Washington, DC, and San Francisco, including most recently at Right To Play UK. Her role at HALO is to support private donor relations and database management.

Kirsten Stevens HALO Trust

Kristen Stevens

Government Affairs Intern

Kristen joined HALO in May 2017, where she supports government affairs and policy advocacy efforts. She is currently earning a master’s degree in public administration at American University after studying political science at her undergraduate institution, Willamette University. Previously, Kristen served as an instructor in the Communication Studies Department at Western Washington University where she taught argumentation and exposition courses, and also coached their collegiate parliamentary debate team.

Patrick Linehan HALO Trust

Digital Marketing and Communications Intern

Patrick joined HALO in June of 2017 after finishing his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with a concentration in Innovation & Design from the College of William & Mary, where he graduated cum laude in May. His role at HALO is to help manage social media channels and to help create content for our digital marketing efforts.
