Where does my donation go?
90% of HALO's funding goes directly to the field. That means 90 cents of each dollar you donate is supporting getting landmines out of the ground, providing life-saving risk education to at-risk communities, and restoring communities after war in more than 30 countries.

How can I edit, update, or cancel my donation?
You can revise or cancel your donation at any time.

Can I give a non-cash gift?
Yes. HALO accepts many forms of donations, all of which you can give on a recurring schedule.
Checks can be made out to The HALO Trust (USA) and mailed to our office in Washington, DC:

We also accept cryptocurrency, stock, and gifts from Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs) and IRAs.
How do I obtain a year-end statement for my taxes?
If you give monthly through our online donation portal, HALO will e-mail you a record of your gifts from January to December every year.
If you do not give online or you give through a check, DAF, IRA, or other platform, HALO will physically mail you a year-end receipt through USPS.
