Challenging and Unique

Taking in ancient hill forts the route travels through the normally restricted Salisbury Plain Training Area, passing by the village of Copehill Down—built as an army training facility during the Cold War.

Off the path, destroyed tank targets and warnings of unexploded bombs are a fitting reminder of HALO’s work and those we help.

Whilst challenging, the walk is designed for different ability levels and should take six to eight hours to complete. There will be medics, stewards and water points on route and a celebratory BBQ at the finish.

Registration is just £10 per entrant and includes a celebratory BBQ and finishers' t-shirt. Under 18s are FREE.
