International staff are provided with accommodation, a local allowance to contribute towards daily living costs, generous annual leave and three return flights each year to their home country.
Health and well being
The health and well being of our employees is vital. We work closely with our experienced medical advisors to ensure that we are proactively managing health risks in the countries in which we operate, as well as providing employees with the sound travel health advice and support. We have trained paramedics, equipped with comprehensive medical packs across all of our locations. All international staff are covered by HALO’s comprehensive insurance package.
